This delicious white Burgundy comes from vines over 80 years old which gives the wine wonderful intensity of flavour, grip and balance. The butterscotch oak flavours are beautifully integrated with the gentle honeysuckle, peach and apple fruit flavours, making this an ideal companion to smoked salmon or other slightly smoky foods.
