Until 2018 Frederic and Jean-Michel Soupé supplied their wines to the famous Chablis Cooperative La Chablisienne. Thankfully they now bottle under their own domaine label – wines of amazing precision and clarity which you will fall in love with immediately!
Their small-production Grand Cru Preuses is a perfect example of Chablis at its best; tight, intense and mineral, with great complexity and length. Very impressive.
