This blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Blanc grapes from the 2013 vintage were vinified in the classic “methode Champenoise” style. They spent 5 years gaining yeasty complexity on their lees during the important second fermentation in bottle, which is longer than most top vintage Champagnes at double the price! It is dry and fresh with impressive complexity of bread and brioche flavours combined with zesty, lemon-citrus acidity. It finishes long and leaves a gently nutty, biscuity flavour in the mouth. A seriously good Swiss sparkling wine!
