“The 2015 Pinot Gris Roche Calcaire is sourced not only from the younger Windsbuhl vines, but also the Rotenberg and the Heimbourg, and it stopped fermentation too early, so it ended up with 13.84% alcohol and 12.1 grams of residual sugar. This is a full-bodied, round and lush but elegant and well-structured wine with great finesse and vitality. Aged in old foudres, it shows a relaxed and breathing nature, great elegance and finesse.
