Vincent Cuillier is a young, rising star of the Champagne world, who grows his grapes with maximum respect for the biodiversity of his vineyards.
His Blanc D’Arbre is made from 100% (red) Pinot Meunier grapes. 50% of the wine is fermented in barrel and 50% in tank before spending 42 months on its lees in bottle during the second fermentation. The Champagne is bottled with zero dosage meaning that it is bone dry.
Dry, fruity and intense, this is packed with gentle fruit flavours and high in acidity. It has rich biscuity complexity and a very long aftertaste.
