This impressive, organic certified Chardonnay has floral, spicy and mineral aromas of pineapple, pear, jasmine, acacia and brioche. It is full bodied with juicy acidity and a salty, mineral structure. A long-lasting, fresh finish with red apple, white pepper, blossom honey and Alpine butter. A delicious, mountain Chardonnay!
Approx 200 cases were produced. 13.2% alc.
Ein saftiger, kräftiger Jahrgang unseres klassischen Chardonnays. In der Nase reife, würzige und florale Noten von Ananas, Williamsbirne, Jasminblüten, Akazie und Brioche. Ein schmeichelnder Auftakt, ein fülliger Mittelteil und viel Zug dank einer saftigen Säure und mineralischer Struktur. Der Abgang ist lang mit rotem Apfel, Birne, weissem Pfeffer, Blütenhonig und Alpbutter.
