Although its colour is more “sunset red” than rosé, this wine has been produced like a rosé, using only free run grape juice which spends only 36 hours on the skins to gain colour and flavour before being vinified like a white wine. It has deliciously fresh, slightly sweet red cherry and raspberry fruit flavours, minerality and zest. Best served slightly chilled. 100% organic.
