This south-facing vineyard on rocky, marly soil is usually the first of Pascal’s vineyards to be picked in order to give it its fresh acidity. The 2015 has deliciously ripe, almost exotic pineapple and apricot fruit flavours combined with gentle buttery notes from its 25% of new oak barrels. 8 barrels were produced.
