Fine, oaked Chardonnay with zesty citrus fruit flavours, fresh, salty, acidity and long length; Marlborough Chardonnay at its best. As from the 2018 vintage this is certified organic. The grapes are 100% hand-picked, wild-fermented then aged for 18 months in 10% new French oak barrels to give the wine its delicious, nutty complexity.
