Champagne Cuillier Grande Reserve Extra Brut NV

This blend of equal proportions of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier is made from a mix of 60% 2018 vintage fruit and 40% reserve wine, averaging 10 years old. The high proportion of reserve fruit gives good depth and a very pleasant biscuity complexity to the Champagne. It is crisp and dry (3-4g/l dosage) with some richness and gentle, honeyed, nutty flavours.
This is an excellent “reserve”-style Champagne at a very fair price.
