Grown on limestone soils, this slightly off dry Riesling (it has 7.8 g/l of residual sugar) has firm acidity, classic limestone flavours of wet stones, ripe citrus fruit and herbs, and a long finish. Alcohol is fairly light at only 12.3% but this is a serious wine with excellent ageing potential.
