Zind Humbrecht Pinot Gris Rotenberg – 2013

From 32 year old vines which produce extremely low yields, this is a dry, complex, intensely mineral Pinot Gris, quite unlike in previous years. With 5.3g/l or residual sugar and 14% alcohol, it is elegant, spicy and very fresh – typical of the 2013 vintage – with a drinking window of at least 15 years. Fantastic Pinot Gris!
