This bottle comes packed in a gift box.
This exceptional, biodynamic-certified Champagne comes from one of the northernmost vineyards in the Champagne region, planted on sandy soil. It is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay It was fermented in barrel like a white Burgundy, then spent 12 months on its lees in barrel before undergoing its second fermentation in bottle. After a further 2.5 years it was disgorged and bottles without the addition of any sugar (dosage), meaning that it is bone dry. It has a seriously impressive mix of citrus and lemon flavours with a gentle, biscuity complexity, silky structure and extremely intense, long finish which lasts at least one minute on the palate.
