This biodynamic white blend of 60% Carricante and 40% Moscato is a true “island wine”, full of salty acidity and wonderful freshness. It has gentle flavours of apple and floral notes, is bone dry and remarkably light (12.5% alcohol) for a wine from such a southerly climate. But these Mediterranean islands are always windy and the volcanic soils give true bite and minerality to the wines.
