Mount Pleasant Lovedale Semillon Hunter Valley – 2013
CHF 49.00
Planted in 1946, Mount Pleasant’s Lovedale Vineyard in the Hunter Valley North west of Sydney produces one of Australia’s most individual and long-lasting white wines.
This wine has complex aromas of lemon and toast, but it has seen no oak in its vinification or maturation. On the palate it has piercing acidity and a rich and complex mix of lime, lemon and buttered toast flavours. Long finish. Only 10.5% alcohol!
It is just starting to reach its drinking peak now (2021) and will continue to drink beautifulkly until 2030!
