Dark mahogany in colour, this medium sweet sherry has concentrated aromas of ripe fruit, sultanas and dates. It is smooth, rich, complex and very long on the palate, with an excellent balance of clean acidity and sweetness on the finish.
Immediately after being matured in their respective soleras, the dry Oloroso sherry is blended with small quantities of extremely sweet Pedro Ximénez sherry to give the sweet style of this sherry.
