Leconfield Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon – 2018

Leconfield is situated in the heart of Australia’s famous Coonawarra with its rich Terra Rosa soil over limestone providing the ideal environment for growing premium Cabernet Sauvignon.
This Cabernet Sauvignon displays both depth and elegance; the oak adds complexity and enhances the fruit but does not dominate. 2018 was an outstanding vintage in Coonwarra, giving loads of ripe, cassis fruit, cedar and vanilla flavours combined with smooth, silky tannins and full body.
This Cabernet would pair perfectly with beef, venison or a rich vegetable ragout or pasta.
