Domaine de La Maison Carrée is a biodynamic producer owned by the Perrochet family in the scenic village of Auvernier outside Neuchatel. Their wines are some of the most terroir-expressive Pinot Noirs in Switzerland and can develop in bottle for several years without problem.

From deep soils, this is a full-bodied, intense and generous Pinot with firm tannins and concentrated dark fruit on the finish. Just starting to drink well now, but with 8-10 more years of development potential in magnum format.
