A bright golden colour with a delicate mousse, this Blanc De Blancs has classic Chardonnay aromas of green apple, citrus and mineral notes combined with buttered toast, brioche and Tarte Tatin richness from extended lees ageing (at least 42 months). A long, cool July and August have given this wonderfully zesty, appley acidity to balance the complex fruit flavours. This is a serious contender to prestige cuvee Champagne! This wine is a great accompaniment to seafood and would make a perfect Christmas apero!
