One of our favourite clarets year after year – this wonderful, family-owned chateau in Pauillac consistently produce benchmark Pauillacs. Their 2001 is medium to full-bodied, firm in tannins, and starting to show signs of maturity with with gentle cedar and cigar box flavours and notes of lead pencil. Delicious now.
