Spielmann vineyard is one of the jewels in Georg’s range. The vines are Burgundy clones, and Georg usually ferments these Pinot grapes using a high percentage of whole bunches, which gives the wine a lovely, spicy character, extra freshness and a little more structure.
This excellent Pinot has a wide spectrum of flavours, including blackcurrant, pepper, eucalyptus, cedar and strawberry. The palate is very complex and spicy with appealing primary fruit flavours and an excellent mineral- acid-tannin structure.

Da die Stile der Burgunderklone im Spielmann stets früh erholzen, sind die Voraussetzungen ideal, ihn mit einem hohen Ganztraubenanteil von 80% zu vergären. Et voilà. Das Aromaspektrum umfasst Johannisbeere, Pfeffer, Eukalyptus, Zeder und Erdbeere. Der Gaumen ist sehr vielschichtig, würzig,
primärfruchtig und vegetabil mit einer mineralischen Säure-Gerbstoffstruktur.
