This exciting rosé comes from 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes grown organically at 700mts altitude on Mount Etna’s northern slopes. The vines range from 30 to over 100 years old which helps give this rosé its excellent minerality and sense of the volcanic soils of Etna. The wine was fermented using wild yeasts in used French barrels for 2 months to give extra depth and complexity. It is fresh, vibrant and extremely mineral. Only 1,500bts were produced!
