Until 2018 Frederic and Jean-Michel Soupé supplied their wines to the famous Chablis Cooperative La Chablisienne. Thankfully they now bottle under their own domaine label – wines of amazing precision and clarity which you will fall in love with immediately!
This 1er Cru Chablis has excellent intensity, minerality and zest. It is zingily fresh, with tight floral and apricot flavours and a long finish.
