Domaine Luneau-Papin Folle Blanche Gros Plant du Pays Nantais – 2022

From vines planted in 1974, Folle Blance is the traditionally-grown grape of the Pays Nantais region near the Atlantic Ocean next to Muscadet. This is a beautiful, characterful, fresh and zingy white wine which would match perfectly with most seafood dishes. Fairly light and elegant, it has surprising intensity and length resulting from its six months maturation on its lees.
This is a great value and high quality “introduction” to the wonderful, biodynamic world of Luneau-Papin.
