Dalrymple Pinot Noir Piper’s Brook, Tasmania – 2015

Elegant, fine and fruity Pinot Noir from the exciting Pieper’s Brook region of Tasmania. The fruit is succulent, fresh and ripe and there is real Pinot red cherry and blackberry fruit character here with hints of violets. Extra complexity and structure from its time in French oak barrels. This is an excellent example of cool climate Australian Pinot.
