This very special red made from 100% Grenache is only produced every 3-4 years in the best Grenache vintages. It is grown at 400 metres (which for the Rhone valley is high altitude) in the far north of the commune of Valréas. As its name suggests it has wonderful purity of raspberry fruit and spice flavours, silky smooth tannins and impressive depth and freshness. Made as naturally as wine can be made with minimum sulphur and 100% organic.
