Wow! This is a rosé like no other! Made from 100% old vine Grenache, it is a “gourmet” wine with serious weight, complexity and structure, which can be enjoyed as an apero or with quite rich poultry and fish dishes. Dry, with a delicious range of redcurrant, strawberry and raspberry fruit flavours, and even a hint of honeyed beeswax. I drank a bottle over 3 consecutive evenings and if anything it got even better over this time, a sure sign of a top quality wine. Highly recommended if you want a serious, top quality rosé wine.
