A deliciously fruity dry white blend of 65% Marsanne, 30% Viognier and 5% Roussane from vines aged between 35-55 years old. Full bodied, yet super-fresh, packed with exotic apricot and citrus fruit flavours, and with a bite of minerality and zest on the finish, this is a mix of Southern Rhone charm and Northern Rhone elegance and finesse. This high quality Cotes Du Rhone Blanc was made biodynamically , using local wild yeasts, and left on its lees after fermentation for 6 months to gain in complexity.
