A blend of 77% Grenache and 23% Mourvedre, this wonderfully fresh Chateauneuf du Pape was grown at 400ms on special “Urgonian” limestone soils, which add more elegance and minerality to the wines. The wine is made naturally, using indigenous (natural) yeasts, minimal Suplhur dioxide additions and no filtration, to give a completely pure and unadulterated expression of this unique vineyard. It has the fullness of body, weight and fairly high alcohol of a Chateauneuf Du Pape red, but the purity of fruit, silkiness of tannins and freshness of a fine red Burgundy!
