Caroline Morey Santenay Villages AC Les Cornières Rouge – 2023

Caroline is the wife of top winemaker Pierre Yves Colin Morey and is now making her own very impressive range of wines at their joint winery. This Santenay has delicious red cherry fruit and lovely depth of flavor, combined with freshness and elegance.
The Pinot Noir grapes for this Santenay were hand-harvested and carefully sorted at the winery. Wild fermented and then matured for 12-14 months in 350 litre Burgundy barriques. Approx. 30% new oak barrels were used.
