Camel Valley Pinot Noir Rosé Sparkling Brut – 2018

This sparkling rosé wine is consistently voted one of England’s best. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which are very gently crushed then fermented at a low temperature to maintain maximum fruit flavours and freshness. It then spends at least 12 months on its lees to develop complexity. Grown in relatively warm and sunny Cornwall in the far South Western tip of England, this salmon-coloured sparkler has lovely floral fruit with notes of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant. Crisp, dry, quite intense, and beautifully balanced, it is the perfect bubbly to celebrate the festive season!

Served at the G7 summit in June 2021 – this is the only English sparkling wine with a royal warrant from the Queen!
