A By Arras Premium Cuvee Non Vintage Tasmania

This blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier – mainly from the 2020 vintage – was aged for 30 months on its lees during second fermentation in bottle. It is dry, with good depth and intensity of lemon and citrus fruit flavours, fresh acidity and a gently biscuity finish. The wine has 12.3% alcohol and 6g/l of residual sugar.
