Camel Valley Pinot Noir Rosé Sparkling Brut – 2021

This sparkling rosé wine is consistently voted one of England’s best. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which are very gently crushed then fermented at a low temperature to maintain maximum fruit flavours and freshness. It then spends at least 12 months on its lees to develop complexity.

Grown in relatively warm and sunny Cornwall in the far South Western tip of England, this salmon-coloured sparkler has lovely floral fruit with notes of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant. Crisp, dry, quite intense, and beautifully balanced, it is the perfect bubbly to celebrate the Spring!

Dieser Rosé-Schaumwein wird immer wieder zu einem der besten Englands gewählt. Hergestellt aus 100 % Pinot Noir-Trauben in Cornwall im äussersten Südwesten Englands, hat dieser trockene, nach traditioneller Methode hergestellte Schaumwein eine schöne blumige Frucht mit Noten von Erdbeeren, Himbeeren und Johannisbeeren und einen erfrischenden Säuregehalt.
