This sparkling Rosé from the chalky soils of the South Down hills in Sussex is made in typical Champagne style. A small amount of the winery’s ripest red Pinot Noir grapes are added to the Chardonnay-dominant base wine to give the delicate, salmon-pink colour. This is a beautifully fresh, typically English sparkling wine with vibrant acidity and gentle woodland berry fruit flavous. It is easy going and fun and made to be consumed within 2-3 years of purchase.
