If this Pinot Noir is anything to go by, then climate change has certainly had a very positive effect so far on England’s potential to produce good Pinot Noir! The 2018 vintage was the hottest and sunniest on record in southern England, and this Pinot is full of beautifully fresh red cherry fruits. It is broad and has real depth of flavour, yet retains finesse and elegance. Without doubt the finest Pinot Noir I have tasted so far from England!
