This Riesling comes from 42 year old vines on chalk soils.
It is very dry, with just 5g/l of residual sugar, has powerful lime fruit and intense acidity yet with a round, creamy mouthfeel. This will develop over 15 years in bottle and needs a little more time than the Riesling Granitique and Volcanique. 12.6% alcohol.
