The quality of this Pinot Gris year in year out derives from this very small vineyard’s special red-coloured limestone soil, rich in iron. This tastes dry, with only 6.1g/l of residual sugar, and has fresh, spicy acidity and a long, mineral-infused finish. Elegant with delicious flavours of melons, nuts and spice. 12.5% alcohol. No one else in the world makes Pinot Gris this good!
