Tsampehro Sparkling Brut V – 2015

This fruity, fresh and elegant sparkling wine comes from a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Petite Arvine and 20% Pinot Noir. It was left to mature on its lees for 42 months – longer than most Champagnes – before being bottled ready for sale, which has given it impressive intensity and length on the finish. There are few seriously good Swiss sparkling wines, but this is certainly one of the best I have come across!
