TOR Beresini Vineyard Chardonnay Torchiana, Carneros – 2019

This Chardonnay comes from very low yielding, 30 year old vines and was vinified in true Burgundian style, with fermentation and lengthy maturation in oak barrel and no fining or filtration before bottling to retain maximum flavour.
It has wonderful richness, depth and intensity, with a wide range of flavours from stone fruits to apricots to honey and beeswax. It has that typically Californian oily mouthfeel supported by fresh acidity. A delicious single vineyard Chardonnay which is produced in miniscule quantities – only 250 cases were made!
