This is the real taste of Coonwarra Cabernet; intense cassis fruit, mint, eucalyptus and vanilla combine to give a uniquely South Australian interpretation of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape.
2020 was a very good vintage in Coonawarra, producing small quantities of very high quality fruit.
This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark magenta colour.
The palate has distinctive Majella characteristics of eucalyptus, mint and dark berry fruits, which are accented with luscious fruit cake elements, all combining to give complexity, power, intensity and concentration. There is great length with firm, fine grained tannins on the finish.
This wine will develop in bottle until 2032+
