La Maison Carrée Savagnin Blanc – 2018

From an ancient grape variety widely planted in the Jura on both sides of the border, the 2018 Auvernier Savagnin Blanc is quite full bodied and powerful but with lively acidity and freshness at the same time. With its fresh pear and white peach flavours, it should best be enjoyed with fish served in a creamy sauce, poultry or ripe cheese.
