A superb, dry, richly toasty and nutty blend of 67% Chardonnay and 33% Pinot Noir, which was aged for at least 7 years on its lees during second fermentation in bottle. This wine represents the very peak of Antipodean sparkling winemaking and is a serious rival to very fine vintage champagne.
