Delicate pink in appearance, with soft summer berries and floral notes on the nose. The palate shows bright red fruits, driven by ripe strawberries, fresh cherries and redcurrants, with a crisp freshness and creamy, rounded texture on the finish.
This sparkling rosé is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir, 34% Chardonnay and 1% Pinot Meunier, with 9 g/l of residual sugar and 12% alcohol. It spent over 40 months on its lees during second fermentation to give additional intensity and its gentle bread and brioche aftertaste.
