Wonderful mix of Bordeaux tannic structure with Southern French warmth and wildness. This blend of 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Syrah and 33% Cinsault comes from organically tended vineyards over 1100 metres high, in the oldest recorded wine growing region in the world. The 2008 vintage is drinking perfectly now and for the next 3-5 years. (June 2020)
