The name “Vom Stein” refers to the unique Dolomite limestone soils of these Pinot Bianco vineyards, grown at over 600 metres altitude. In the warm 2018 vintage they give this Pinot Bianco a fine structure, elegance and finesse. Both fruity and floral, fresh and pure, this is a delicious example of the Alto Adige region’s best quality grape.
