Castelfeder Pinot Bianco Riserva Tecum Alto Adige – in 150cl magnum – 2017

This is a truly impressive and mineral Pinot Bianco from the Estate’s highest quality, highest altitude, limestone-soiled single vineyard. it was matured on its lees for 12 months in large wooden vats and then another year in bottle before release. Perfectly balanced, fresh, complex and long on the finish – but never trying too hard to impress. Delicious!
This wine was only bottled in (extremely tall!) magnums to give it extra ageing potential. Only 1877 magnums were produced.
