Camel Valley Pinot Noir Rosé Sparkling Brut – 2013

This sparkling rosé wine is consistently voted one of England’s best. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which are very gently crushed then fermented at a low temperature to maintain maximum fruit flavours and freshness. It then spends at least 12 months on its lees to develop complexity.
This salmon-coloured sparkler has lovely floral fruit with notes of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant. Crisp, dry, quite intense, and beautifully balanced, its is perfect for outdoor Summer drinking.
