100% Chardonnay from Sugrue’s best vineyard called Mount Harry. This spent 4 years on lees and was bottled with 5g/l dosage.

Made only in the best vintages and crafted with long cellar-ageing in mind, Cuvée Boz Blanc de Blancs is Sugrue’s ultimate expression of pure Chardonnay on chalk.  2020 was an exceptional year with long spells of warmth and sunshine.

Wow! Fine, tightly wound, bracing acidity. Wonderful purity of citrus, apple and biscuit flavours alongside stony minerals. Amazing finesse and complexity.  England meets top Champagne! This would be perfect with oysters or sushi.

“Lively in mousse and aromatics, bursting from the glass with notes of ripe red apple, yuzu and white peach. The time on lees has given this a light biscuit layer, too, but the dazzling fruit leads for
now. This follows on the palate, which has a punchy, powerful mousse that will soften nicely with a little time in bottle, and for now lifts the fruit into notes of apple blossom and passion flower.
