Domaine Soupé Chablis AC – 2021

Until 2018 Frederic and Jean-Michel Soupé supplied their wines to the famous Chablis Cooperative La Chablisienne. Thankfully they now bottle under their own domaine label – wines of amazing precision and clarity which you will fall in love with immediately!
Their village Chablis comes from 20-30 year old vines. It is beautifully clean and fresh, with tight, zingy acidity and gently exotic fruit flavours.
