This is one of the top producers in the Pouilly Fuissé region. They work biodynamically, although are not certified, and their Ronchevats vineyard has very old vines, which are able to retain spicy acidity even in a warm vintage such as 2019. The wine is rich and ripe, with exotic fruit flavours intertwined with delicious butterscotch oak flavour.
